Deposit: Refundable $150 will be charged and held. This will be refunded back to your card at time of check-out.
Reservation process:
1. Order form will be emailed to you. 2. Sign order form and fax back. 3. Half the total rental amount will be Charged at time of reservation. The second half will be due at time of check in.

Villa #7 Reservation Policy
Reservations · 50% of the whole stay will be charged at the time the reservation is made. · The 50% remaining will be charged 15 days prior to the arrival date. · If the reservation is made within 15 days of the arrival date it will be charged in full. · The reservation holder must be over 25 and stay at the resort. · Extra person $25.00 Changes · All changes will have a $25 fee. · No changes allowed within 15 days of the arrival date. · In case of changing a Holliday reservation it will have a penalty fee of $150 Cancellations · $250.00 cancellation fee if reservation is canceled after contract is signed. · In case of cancelling within 30 days of the arrival date, all amounts paid are forfeit. If reservation is canceled then I can give you the option to reschedule the dates at a later time. · All cancellations must be made in writing, via e-mail. Reimbursement · No reimbursement for No Shows. · No reimbursement for early departures. · No reimbursement in case of eviction, zero tolerance policy. · No reimbursement for holidays. Other · Check-In is at 4:00 PM · Check-Out is at 11:00 AM · Late Check-Out will be at 1:00 PM only with prior authorization. · Any check out done from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM must be authorized and will have a 50% charge on that day's rate. · In case of extending the check out time beyond 4:00 PM, a charge of 100% of the day's rate will apply.
