NO HIDDEN FEES- Our rate includes Daily Maid Service & you will not be hit with any additional Security/HOA fees at check-in. (If you are booking a condo for a lower rate you are not going to be booked through the resort and you will pay $25 at check-in plus $5 per guest per day.)

Hotel Reservation Policy
Reservations · 50% of the whole stay will be charged at the time the reservation is made. · The 50% remaining will be charged 15 days prior to the arrival date. · If the reservation is made within 15 days of the arrival date it will be charged in full. · The reservation holder must be over 25 and stay at the resort. · Extra person $25.00 Changes · All changes will have a $25 fee. · No changes allowed within 15 days of the arrival date. · In case of changing a Holliday reservation it will have a penalty fee of $150 Cancellations · There are no refunds. Reimbursement · No reimbursement for No Shows. · No reimbursement for early departures. · No reimbursement in case of eviction, zero tolerance policy. · No reimbursement for holidays. Security Deposit · Open voucher at arrival preferred. · If no Credit Card is available, a $150 USD cash deposit will be required. Other · Check-In is at 4:00 PM · Check-Out is at 11:00 AM · Late Check-Out will be at 1:00 PM only with prior authorization. · Any check out done from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM must be authorized and will have a 50% charge on that day's rate. · In case of extending the check out time beyond 4:00 PM, a charge of 100% of the day's rate will apply.
